Over the past couple of years, we’ve really enjoyed watching J. Crew expand their collection courtesy of their “In Good Company” line.  Whether they make a small tweak to a classic silhouette, or put their spin on a piece from an up and coming brand, all of the pieces that fall under the In Good Company umbrella seem to compliment J.Crew’s core lineup perfectly.  Their Vans Canvas Authentic Sneakers are absolutely no exception.

A simple pair of canvas shoes goes a long way this time of year, and if you have been on the hunt for something that is a bit different than a pair of Chuck Taylors, the Canvas Authentic Vans for J. Crew are a fantastic alternative.  With J. Crew inspired touches like coordinating stripes on the midsole and laces that are normally found on hiking boots, these shoes are definitely not your standard canvas Vans and it is amazing to us just how much a couple of small details can change the overall appearance of a shoe.  Though they are also available in navy, green, orange, and blue, we’ll be picking up a pair of Canvas Authentic Sneakers in classic white.  After a few wears, and a couple of battle scars, they’ll look even better than they do right out of the box.
