Though we have all been guilty of buying things simply for form instead of function, it is truly the little things that serve a purpose that make all the difference in the world.  For a small gathering with friends, or a huge outdoor event, one thing we never leave home without is a koozie.  Not only does a great koozie keep your drink cold and your hand dry, it also serves as a marker to discern your drink from the others on the table or the tailgate.  Though it is nearly impossible to do, the Striped Koozie ($6.50) by Southern Point Co. has managed to add a little style to these simple neoprene sleeves.

In their own words, Southern Point Co. is a purveyor or “Superior Traditional Goods,” and we couldn’t agree more.  Though we will certainly be profiling some of their apparel in the future, the fact that Southern Point Co was able to put some classic touches that we haven’t seen anyone else use on a koozie really caught our attention.  Of course, the Southern Point Co. Pointer logo is featured prominently, but what we really love is the stripe pattern.  Simple, yet extremely uncommon when it comes to koozies, the stripes really set these koozies apart.  Available in two color schemes that we have a feeling were inspired by the two major SEC schools in Alabama, and featuring the Southern Point Co. With a monogram on the base, these koozies are a great way to make sure your drink doesn’t get mixed up with the swill some of your friends are drinking.
