Yesterday, we talked about retiring our boatshoes for the year. After months on end of heavy wear it’s always a sad day knowing that it’ll be a few months until we’re able to wear them again. That being said, there’s something that just feels right about putting on a solid pair of boots this time of year. Thanks to some unseasonably warm weather over the last couple of days, we’ve had the chance to break out our trusty boatshoes one last time before retiring them for the year. Well, it was only a matter of time before we released our first gift guide of the season. With so many wonderful gifts out there, we thought it would be best to break things up a bit and offer a brief look at a handful of possibilities each week between now and Christmas. Over the years, we’ve profiled a number of Social Primer bowties. Whether they have come from the Social Primer for Brooks Brothers line, or our friend Cooper’s own collection, Social Primer by K. Cooper Ray, the bows are always well received. That being said, we were pretty excited when we learned that neckties would also be included in the Social Primer by K. Cooper Ray collection. We were excited to see what kind of Social Primer spin would put on them, and we were definitely not disappointed. One of our favorite neckties in the line is the Gamma, luckily for you, that’s the tie that happens to be the centerpiece of the prize pack that we’re giving away today.

We’ve seen some absolutely fantastic mustaches over the last month in support of Movember, but, now that December has arrived, we think it’s about time to get things cleaned up.
