We’ve had today circled on our calendar for quite some time.  No, not because it is the day after the world was supposed to end, but because it is the day after the Winter solstice and the days are finally going to start getting longer.  That being said, now is the perfect time to start the hunt for some new sunglasses, and our searches are officially underway.  High on our list are the Henry sunglasses from Red’s Outfitters.

Red’s is the brainchild of two friends who were having trouble finding high quality sunglasses in colors that fit within their lifestyles.  Unfortunately, one of the founders was lost in a tragic accident prior to these glasses coming to market, but the dream continued in his honor, and each pair of Red’s glasses features his trusty yellow lab, Red.  With a classic wayfarer silhouette, the Henry Sunglasses are crafted from a handsome navy acetate and feature Red (in red) on each arm.   There’s a good chance these, and a few more pairs from the Red’s collection, will be seeing some heavy wear from us as the days begin to get longer.
