[Insert overused REM lyrics here].  Now that the end of the world mention is out of the way, let’s get down to business.  Today is the second to last Bowtie Friday of the year, and we’re doing our best to send 2012 out in style.  Our pick this week is a bow that has quickly become one of our favorites, and though it comes from a new brand it’s already a classic in our book.  It’s the Theta Bow from the Social Primer by K. Cooper Ray collection.

Crafted in New York from fine English silk, the Theta Bow features two prints that will never be out of style: a Navy/Red mini stripe, and a Navy/Gold mid stripe.  On their own, the prints have a classic appeal, but of course Social Primer ties are all about mixing things up.  Whether you tie your Theta so each wing on the front is different, or you simply want your knot to be a pop of color off of matching wings, the red, navy, and gold combination on this bow looks fantastic.   With bows like the Theta in his inaugural collection, we can’t wait to see what our friend Cooper has up his sleeve for 2013.
