With sweaters and blazers seeing more and more wear over the last couple of weeks, we’ve decided that it’s time that we add a bit more tweed to our lineup.  There are a number of fantastic off the rack options out there right now, but for our next tweed addition we’re turning to our friends at Indochino.  Their Bruno Brown Tweed Blazer is just what we’ve been looking for.

While the Bruno isn’t the heaviest of tweed blazers, it is perfect for Fall layering.  Of course, because all of Indochino’s garments are custom, you’ll have a few decisions to make when you decide to order your blazer.  In our opinion, the way to go with the Bruno is the notched lapel, single vent, and two buttons.  From there, it’s the small details that will really let you make this jacket your own.  Whether you add contrasting button holes, a pen pocket, a monogram, or all of the above, you’ll truly end up with a one of a kind blazer.  If you’re still on the fence about ordering a custom blazer without ever trying something from Indochino on in person, keep an eye on their website for updates to their Traveling Tailor tour.  The next stop is in NYC (Oct. 22-29), and anyone who makes an appointment and ends up ordering a suit will receive a complimentary dress shirt.
