It seems like just about everyone is at the beach this week. In fact, earlier in the week we managed to sneak away for a few days to enjoy the sun and the sand ourselves.  Unfortunately, we couldn’t play hooky all week, and it is back to business as usual for us.  In a form of silent protest (or maybe just wishful thinking) we’ll be breaking out a bowtie that always reminds us of the beach this Bowtie Friday, the Starfish Bow ($45) from Vineyard Vines.

The Starfish print from Vineyard Vines has always been a favorite of ours.   In fact, Ryan wore it in his wedding a few years back.  This classic Vineyard Vines pattern features a bit of a cartoon take on a simple starfish paired with a few bubbles to complete a whimsical underwater theme.  Currently, the Starfish Bow is available in a great looking royal blue colorway that would make a great compliment to just about any summer suit.
