One of our favorite parts of summer is the travel.  Whether it is a day trip to NYC, or a quick weekend escape to the beach or mountains, as much as we love Annapolis, it is always a nice change of pace to get out of town for a day or two.  In fact, just a couple of weeks ago, on a day trip to NYC, we were fortunate enough to have drinks with the guys from Hudson Sutler.  Their just released ‘Sconset Weekend Duffel ($120) is a must if you are planning on getting away this summer.

Made in the USA from high quality 18oz canvas, the ‘Sconset Duffel looks like another one of our Summer staples, Nantucket Reds.  The familiar hue looks fantastic paired with white accents and contrast stitching, and we really love the ‘Anchors up’ print that lines the inside of the bag as well.  With a number of pockets to stow your gear, this duffel has more than enough space for a weekend getaway, and, if you have some above average packing skills, you may even be able to stretch its use to a 4-5 day journey.  Wherever your travels take you, the ‘Sconset Weekend Duffel is a definitely great bag to take along for the ride.
