One thing that never gets old to us is seeing something in our inbox from a company that we have profiled, or one that we would like to profile at some point in the future. Well, a few weeks back we got an email from a company that everyone knows about, but, to be honest, we had never thought of profiling. That is, until we saw that Dockers was no longer just a company for middle aged guys stuck in middle management. No, Dockers isn’t that brand anymore, and their Alpha Khaki (prices vary), is reiterating that point each time we put a pair on.
The Alpha Khaki features a very slim cut. It isn’t skinny by any means, but definitely a bit more slim than most of the khakis we wear. That being said, after getting used to something a bit more trim, we are loving the look. Made of heavy cotton, Dockers suggest wearing the Alphas just like you would jeans, and we couldn’t agree more. With everything from a t-shirt and chucks to a button down and loafers these pants just plain work. Available in a variety of colors (some are exclusive to Nordstrom, others to Urban Outfitters), and even camo, there is sure to be a pair of Alpha Khakis that will fill a hole in your wardrobe.
