When it comes to style, we feel like someone’s personal ‘style’ goes far beyond the clothes they wear.  It extends to the way they carry themselves, and on into their homes.  No, we aren’t saying if you dress well we expect you to live in a huge mansion somewhere, but we would expect your habitat to reflect the same image as your clothes do.  Just like clothing, the small things make all the difference, and if you are looking for a couple of small things to round out the look of your abode, take a look at the offerings from Izola.  For example, their Maritime Soap Dish ($20) and matching Soap Set ($19) can bring a whole new feeling to an otherwise boring bathroom.

We aren’t the type of guys to spend a Saturday cruising the aisles of Bed Bath and Beyond looking for ways to dress up a guest bathroom, and even if we were, we definitely wouldn’t be finding anything nearly as great as these offerings from Izola.  Though the line includes a number of great themes (Sports, Apothecary, Great Plains, etc.) our favorite is by far the Maritime group.  With a simple anchor stamped in the bottom, the ceramic soap dish is a great way to add just a touch of charm to an otherwise bland bathroom, and of course you don’t want to gunk it all up with a huge bar of blue soap, so that’s where the soap set comes in.  Made of all natural ingredients, the soaps come in sets of three and fit perfectly within the accompanying dish.  If your bathroom needs a bit more than just a soap dish and some new soap to dress it up, we’d highly recommend checking out the rest of Izola’s fine offerings.
