Wearing a bowtie is quite an experience, no matter where you are, or who you are with, if you are wearing a bowtie you are sure to get a few questions or comments.  We are always happy to spread the word to those who are a bit leery of taking the plunge, but the thought of tying on a bow every day for a year is a challenge that would be pretty tough even for us.  Well, Andy over at The Cordial Churchman is trying to do just that*, and so far we are loving his daily picks.

Not only will Andy be wearing a bowtie every day this year, he will never wear the same one twice.  That means that not only is he going to work his way through the entire Cordial Churchman catalog, but that he will be wearing some absolutely fantastic one offs throughout the year.  The best part is that each tie worn will be up for sale, so if you fall in love with a tie of the day, act fast and it can be yours (make sure to follow their blog and various social media accounts for updates).  Some may think that this is simply a publicity stunt to drum up business, but that is far from the case.  Proceeds from all of the 366 bows will go straight to a charity that helps young people in developing nations, so not only will you have a great bowtie, you’ll be helping the kids.  What’s better than that?
