Where does the time go?  Not only are we shocked that it is already time for another bowtie Friday post, we are trying to figure out where September went.  It seems like mere weeks ago that we were yearning for the weather to warm up enough for us to break out our favorite light weight fabrics, and now here we are packing them all away.  In a vain attempt to convince Mother Nature to give us at least a few more weeks of mild temperatures, today’s pick is a bow that has been in heavy rotation all summer, the Annapolitan Beau ($50) by Starboard Clothing Co.*

Made of a 100% cotton madras patchwork, no two Annapolitan beaus are exactly the same.  Each bow features a primarily red, white, and blue color scheme with hits of green and yellow, making it an extremely versatile pick.  Because of its light weight, this tie is certainly one that is better suited for the warmer months, but the rich color scheme will definitely fit into any early Fall ensemble.  Whether you pair it with a suit for work, or your favorite old oxford and khakis, the Annapolitan is one of those bows that will always be a great look.
