For the past few days, temperatures here in Annapolis have been unseasonably warm.  Yes, it is almost summer, but when the thermometer hits 100º in early June we have to wonder what the middle of July is going to be like.  One thing that will always come in handy on a sweltering day is a cold drink.  Unfortunately, with temperatures this high, cold drinks don’t stay cold for long.  Unless, of course, your drink is in one of our most used warm weather accessories, a Tervis Tumbler ($11 – $20).

For those unfamiliar with Tervis, they make double walled drinkware that uses air to insulate your favorite drink.  While their tumblers do just as good of a job keeping hot drinks hot, we tend to use them far more often in warm weather months to keep our cold drinks cold.  While you wouldn’t think air would work as a great insulator, trust us, your drink will stay far colder for far longer in a Tervis Tumbler.  There are literally hundreds upon hundreds of options when it comes to Tumblers.  Sizes range from 10-24oz. but the true variety comes with the countless number of options available to make the cup your own.  From monograms, to team logos, to American flags, you are going to have trouble picking just one.  Currently, our rotation consists of a few different colleges and our favorite sports teams, but a custom Bows & Boats tumbler has been calling our name for some time now.
