For quite some time, we stayed away from Chubbies.  We thought they were too short for regular wear, and decided it was best to avoid the temptation of trying them out.  Well, we finally took the plunge a couple of years ago and haven’t looked back since.  If you’re still on the fence about that 5.5″ inseam but want to add some Chubbies awesomeness to your closet, you’re in luck.  Just this weekend they unveiled the Tall Boys.

Not only do the Tall Boys have a 7″ inseam, they’re also the first Chubbies without an elastic waistband.  Available in Khaki, Navy, and Sky Blue these shorts will make a solid addition to any rotation this Summer.  We’ll be wearing them on the course, on the boat, and probably to sip a tall boy or two.  So, now we’re curious.  If you’re all about the “Sky’s Out Thighs Out” lifestyle, will you avoid these because they’re too long?  And, on the flip side, if you’ve never had a pair of Chubbies, will this be your first pair?
