After a week away, we’re back for Bowtie Friday.  Now that it feels like Summer is here to stay (yes we know it technically isn’t here yet), we’re breaking out lightweight bows as often as possible.  We’re also adding more and more color with each passing today.  Today’s pick brings both to the table, it’s the 1970s Multicolor Plaid Bow from Mill City Fineries.

The gents out at Mill City Fineries have done a darn good job tracking down some vintage fabrics for this season’s collection, and the 70s Multicolor Plaid is definitely one of our favorites.  Made from 100% cotton, this bow is a bit stiffer than most cotton bows, but not so much that you should be worried about having trouble tying it.  As always when it comes to Mill City bows, these are available in limited quantities, so we’d recommend picking one up ASAP if you want to make sure there is a 1970s Multicolor Plaid Bow in your rotation this Summer.
