As much as it pains us to admit it, we’ll soon be retiring our boatshoes for the season.  Sure, we could extend their life a few more weeks if we paired them with socks, but that’s a line we’re not willing to cross.  Luckily for us, the transition will be a bit smoother this year thanks to a classic Sebago silhouette, the Campsides.

Though they are available in a variety of colors, we think the clear cut favorite of the Campsides lineup is the Cognac version shown above.  With a contrasting brick sole, these shoes are simply perfect for a crisp fall day.  Featuring handsewn Blucher Moc construction, the Campsides definitely resemble Sebago’s classic Docksides, but the 4 eyelet design and slightly higher heel make sure there won’t be any real confusion.  Finished off with boot type laces, the Campsides are perfect for everything from a day around town to an evening around the fire pit.  We’ll be wearing them for both and then some.
