It was one of those weeks for us, one that has left us enjoying the weekend a bit more than usual.  With nothing too pressing on the schedule, it’s going to be a jeans and t-shirts couple of days, and we couldn’t be more happy about it.  To round out the casual look, we may pick up something that we’ve never had in our wardrobe, a varsity jacket.  American Giant just released their take on this iconic piece, and we’re intrigued to say the least.

Based solely on their reputation alone, we’re pretty confident in betting that the quality of American Giant’s Varsity Jacket is absolutely top notch.  A bit of a departure from traditional varsity jackets, this one is crafted from heavy 100% cotton.  Made in America, and available in three distinct color combinations, the jackets feature the contrasting sleeves that we expect on a varsity jacket, with a hit of the body color from elbow to wrist on the forearm side of the sleeve.  Priced right at only $99, we think this one is going to be a go to for quite a few people over the next couple of months.
