To say we can’t wait for boatshoe season would be an absolute understatement. That said, we recently came across a pair of boatshoes that may extend the season a bit or us next Fall. Our friends at Buffalo Jackson have put their spin on our favorite silhouette with their Tahoe Boatshoe, and we are certainly impressed.
Inspired by the beautiful lakes tucked throughout our nation’s mountain ranges, the Tahoe Boatshoes have a more rugged look than our standard Top-Siders and we have a feeling they’ll really shine in late Fall and early Spring. Made from Bison leather (did you expect anything different from Buffalo Jackson?), these two toned boatshoes feature a tumbled walnut base with a briar waxy trim, and cream contrast stitching. Finished off with a latex “deck sole” to make sure you stay planted when things get slippery, the Tahoe Boatshoes will be a solid choice whether your spending the day at the lake, on the river, or just running around town.
