Now that the days are getting longer, we’ve found ourselves, once again, on the hunt for sunglasses.  We have a bit of a problem when it comes to shades in that we can’t seem to settle on one pair.  For day to day wear, we tend to stick with classic frames, but that term can be relative.  While they may not be as established as a pair of Wayfarers or Aviators, we think Oakley Frogskins are a classic in their own right.

Though many think of crazy colorways when it comes to Frogskins, we prefer the low key black/grey combination above.  It may not be the flashiest version of these shades that staked their claim in the 80’s, but it’s one that will never be out of place.  Made from the same tooling Oakley used the first time around, these Frogskins are true to the originals, and we’re really looking forward to having them in the rotation.  The only decision we have left to make is if we are going to go all out and have a custom pair made with polarized lenses.
