The Cunningham by Ledbury

As much as we try to stick with the basics, we find ourselves constantly smitten with things that are just a bit out of the ordinary.  Yes, we know that we won’t be able to wear most of these pieces for more than a year or two, but sometimes you just have to go for it.  That’s what we’re doing with the Cunningham from Ledbury.

We all know that the gang down at Richmond is turning out some of the absolute best shirts on the market, and many of their more basic options have become staples in our wardrobe.  The Cunningham, while far from basic, is a shirt we are really looking forward to having in the collection.  Featuring a red and blue design that was inspired by a shirt produced nearly 150 years ago, Ledbury recommends layering this shirt under a jacket or sweater, and, for this time of year at least, we tend to agree.  That being said, come Spring and Summer, we’ll be wearing this one sans layers for sure.  Available in classic or slim fit, and finished off with a club collar and single button barrel cuffs, we have a feeling this shirt is going to be pretty polarizing.  What side are you on?  Absolutely, or absolutely not?
