A few months back we had the pleasure of speaking with Frank Clegg, the man behind Frank Clegg Leatherworks.  It was truly a pleasure to speak to someone so passionate about what he does, and the thing that impressed us most about Mr. Clegg was how excited he was to be teaming with young brands and teaching a new generation about the craft he loves.  Well, it looks like the guys at General Knot & Co. are the latest to team up with Frank, and the belts they are turning out look absolutely fantastic.  For this time of year, the donegal wool options are our pick.

Handcrafted in Clegg’s Massachusetts workshop, General Knots belts feature their fantastic collection of curated fabrics mated to 100% vegetable tanned leather.  The Navy, Sky, and Chocolate donegal belts feature antique buckles (brass or nickel depending on color), and should only get better with age.  Just like the General Knot bowties, these belts are available in limited quantities, so if one catches your eye we’d recommend getting an order in ASAP.  Odds are, once they’re gone, they’re probably going to be gone for good.
