It’s amazing how one thing can change the stigma of an entire brand.  That is exactly what happened for us last year, when we finally gave a pair of Dockers Alpha Khakis a try.  Suddenly, a brand that we had always chalked up to “old man wear” was relevant and seeing some frequent time in our weekly rotation.  Well, thanks to the latest addition to the Alpha Khaki lineup, dubbed the Game Day collection, it looks like Dockers will soon be a mainstay in our gameday rotation as well.

Currently, there are ten schools represented in the Dockers Game Day collection (Washington State is featured above because we love that their flag always shows up on College Gameday), and we’re hearing that some serious expansion is on the horizon.  In fact, if you want to see your school represented leave us a comment, we’ll send it to the right place.  In the meantime, if your school is represented in the inaugural class, you’ll have your choice between their primary color, or a more low key British khaki.  Each pair features a school logo embroidered above the right rear pocket, and a motto printed on the inner waistband (Geaux Tigers, Gig ’em Aggies, etc.).  Available in the classic Alpha slim fit, these pants have a bit of a taper to them, but aren’t anywhere close to being considered “skinny.”  Built to take anything you’ll throw at them and look good doing it, a pair of Game Day Alphas is the perfect pick for a long day of tailgating, followed by an evening of cheering, and hopefully a night of celebrating.
