On more than one occasion, we’ve given serious thought to weeding out every shirt in our closet that isn’t an OCBD.  A true staple piece in any wardrobe, these shirts are the ones we turn to time and time again, and they’ll never be out of style.  Recently, we added some new color to our OCBD lineup with a couple of Overdyed Oxford Shirts from Canvas Lands End.

Overdyed for a little more pop than most of the oxfords in our collection, these shirts are definitely a bit more bold than a classic OCBD, and that’s why we like them.  With a trim fit, contrast detail at the vent, and single button rounded cuffs, these button downs will look great whether you wear them pressed and tucked in, or fresh out of the dryer over a pair of shorts.  Made from 100% cotton oxford cloth, and available in colors like Faded Salmon, Aqua Sky, and Blue Crab (shown), they won’t be able to be worn quite as frequently as a staple white or light blue oxford, but we have a feeling we won’t have any trouble working the Canvas Lands End Overdyed OCBD’s in with a number of our favorite looks.
