Crabs are a big deal here in Annapolis.  A few times a Summer, more if we’re lucky, we find ourselves elbow deep in a mix of Old Bay, fresh corn, and, of course, steamed crabs.  We sit for hours talking with friends, sharing a few drinks, and venting about how much work goes in to picking a crab.  Truth be told, we love every minute of it.  In honor of one of our favorite summer traditions, our Bowtie Friday pick is the Four-Panel Crab Bow from Vineyard Vines.

Though we tend to shy away from the multi-panel ties when cooler temperatures are in the forecast, all bets are off this time of year and we’re taking full advantage.  Featuring red, yellow, navy, and light blue panels, each with the classic Vineyard Vines crab and bubbles motif, this tie has all the makings of a Summer favorite here in Annapolis, and we’ll definitely be sporting it around town.  Whether you pair it with a navy blazer or your favorite seersucker suit, you really can’t go wrong with this one guys.
