Now that Summer is in full swing, we’ve found ourselves going brighter and brighter with the colors we are wearing.  One thing that is sure to add a pop to any casual weekend look is a Statement Hat from Starboard Clothing Co., and we’ve been wearing ours frequently.  The post below originally ran on August 23, 2012.

As much as we love the classics, we have to break loose on occasion and make a statement.  Many times, those statements get made in the form of a louder than usual bowtie or a pair of Go to Hell pants.  In an effort to provide a few statement pieces for more casual days, Starboard Clothing Co. just unveiled the latest addition to their lineup, Statement Caps.

There are 4 hats in the initial Starboard Statement Cap run, and every single one of them is sure to turn some heads.  Made from 100% cotton, the hats break in nicely over time, and, truth be told, we really can’t wait to see how the pink one looks after some heavy wear.  Also available in lime, purple, and orange, the Statement Caps feature a 3D embroidered version of the Starboard anchor star logo on the front, and the secondary heron mark alongside “Starboard Clothing Co.” on the reverse.
