Every once in a while you have to throw caution to the wind and go out and splurge on something.  For us, when those times come about we tend to go straight for a pair of shoes or a piece of clothing we’ve been coveting.  Well, while their products are certainly splurge worthy, we got lucky a few weeks back when the fine folks at KP MacLane sent us one of their fantastic polos to check out, we’d been giving serious thought to pulling the trigger on one for quite some time.

Founded by a husband and wife team down in Atlanta, KP MacLane has set out to bring a European luxury to American staples.  We’d say their goal was definitely accomplished with their first product, a classic polo.  Made from a cotton modal blend that is sourced and custom dyed in France, the polos have a trim fit that we’ve found to be quite flattering.  It’s far from slim, but definitely more tailored looking than your standard polo.  Manufactured in New York with a painstaking attention to detail (literally, KP MacLane leaves no detail to chance, they have a specialist whose entire job is sewing their plackets and collars), this polo is truly one of the finest we’ve ever laid hands on.  Available in Deep Sea, Putting Green, Black, Parrot Pink, and Tennis White, the KP MacLane polo is the perfect pick whether you are heading out to the golf course for a big round, or looking for something a bit more casual than a sport shirt to go on under a blazer.  If you’ve been looking for something to splurge on, we can guarantee you’ll be impressed with a KP Maclane polo.  Heck, we may have to pick up a couple more next time we get the urge.
