We do our absolute best to keep an eye on what is new and what some of our favorite brands are bringing to market, but sometimes things fall through the cracks.  Luckily for us, we have some absolutely awesome Twitter followers who keep us honest and let us know when they see something great.  That is exactly what happened last week when it was brought to our attention that Smathers & Branson had finally released something we’ve been hoping they would for some time now, State Flag Belts ($165).

Featuring a navy blue base, and the standard Smathers & Branson brown leather tab and solid brass buckle, the state flag belts are a fantastic way to show a little bit of state pride everywhere from the office to the golf course.  Luckily for us, our home state is represented in the initial run, but we’re hearing that S&B will be expanding their state flag belt line based on demand.  Once people start seeing the original seven (MD, GA, NC, TN, AL, MS, and CA) we have a feeling that more belts will be hitting the market pretty quickly.
