We feel like shoppers fall into three categories, those that shop only when necessary, those who shop far to often, and those who fall somewhere in between.  While we are always on the lookout for that next great addition to our wardrobe, we tend to fall into the “somewhere in between”category.  This past weekend, we spent some time in Georgetown, one of the best places for shopping in the Baltimore/DC area.  If you follow us on Twitter, you know that the Vineyard Vines store was one of our stops, and we were certainly impressed with their new fall offerings.  One thing that really jumped out were their Harmon Pants ($145).

From a distance, you might not even realize that the Harmon Pants are corduroy.  Made of 100% cotton, these 18-wale pants feature such thin cords that they are easily dressed up for a day in the office, yet, because they are cords after all, they are easily dressed down as well.  Available in beachnut (shown), or jellybean (which is a bit louder), these pants feature a plain front and 1/4 top pockets.  While we aren’t too happy that summer will be over before we know it, we have to admit that we are really starting to look forward to being able to break out pieces like the Harmon Pants more frequently.
