As Shark Week comes to an end, we’re skipping our traditional Bowtie Friday post to feature our absolute favorite shark inspired item.  Sure, we may not be as big of fans of Shark Week as we were in the past, and we may have sent out a tweet that came off a bit hipster-ish (is that a word?) earlier in the week, but we still get sucked in for at least a few hours every year.  Today’s pick is something that’s been on every beach trip we’ve taken for the past few years, it’s the Great White Shark Hat from Harding-Lane.

Hopefully this is the only shark we’ll see when we head to the Carolina coast in a couple of weeks.  With a needlepoint shark front and center, this weathered red hat has been pre-washed, so the first time you put it on it’ll feel like you’ve had it for years.  Trust us, it gets even better the more you wear it.  Finished off with a white sailcloth strap, this is one of those hats that should be in every beach bag.  On the sand, or at the local beach bar, you’ll wear it all the time.
