Golf spikes have gone through quite the transition over the last five years or so, and, truth be told,  we were a bit leery of the casual shoe meets golf shoe combination that Fred Couples put on the map at the 2010 Masters.  The look has grown on us over time, and we were definitely happy to see a boatshoe/golf shoe combo come to market.  If you have been looking for the perfect pair of spikes for a casual round with the boys, you can’t go wrong with a pair of Augusta Green Canoos.

There are a few pairs of Canoos that we’d like to have in our rotation, but this week the pick is definitely the limited edition Augusta Green.  With a bold green upper and a bright white sole accented with bright yellow TPU spikes, these shoes are perfect if you’re like us and you like to have a little bit of fun with your on course attire.  Sized a bit large, Canoos suggests going down a size and we’d definitely agree with that sentiment, especially if you’re planning on going sockless (you better be).  Whether you’re walking the grounds of Augusta National this weekend, or you’ll be catching the final round in your local clubhouse, a pair of Canoos won’t be a bad choice for either.
