With St. Patrick’s Day only two days away, it might be time to start thinking about how you are going to work some green into your outfit for Thursday.  There are tons of St. Patrick’s Day specific items out there, but, honestly, is there any other time this year that you are going to want to wear something with Shamrocks or Leprechauns?  Instead of waiting until Thursday and profiling things that are St. Patrick’s Day specific, we thought it would make more sense to profile a few things that will look great this Thursday, but also throughout the year.  If you act fast, you can probably get them delivered in time for this year’s St. Patrick’s Day events.

1. Garment Dyed Chinos in Light Green from Brooks Brothers ($95) –  We normally wait until Spring has officially sprung to wear brightly colored pants, but Thursday might be the perfect excuse to break out our favorite green pair a few days early.

3. Dolly Dress in Prep Green by Lilly Pulitzer ($268) – For the girls whose St.Patrick’s Day plans are bit more sophisticated than green beer at the corner bar, the Dolly Dress is a perfect choice. It will also look great at upcoming Spring and Summer events like the Carolina Cup.

4. 4-Button Polo in Spearmint by johnnie-O ($55) – If you aren’t sure where your St. Patrick’s Day might end up, the 4-button is the way to go. It looks great but is as comfortable as your favorite t-shirt.
