Black Watch is one of those patterns that is truly timeless.  The deep blues and greens make for a plaid that is simply perfect for the cooler months, and we’ve been known to sport it in many forms.  Traditionally, Black Watch pants are wool, but this season Brooks Brothers decided to put a bit of a spin on the classic with their Black Watch Chinos.

Not quite as formal as a pair of wool Black Watch trousers, the chino version from Brooks Brothers is a perfect match for a basic polo, or your favorite oxford.  Featuring Brooks’ popular Clark cut, these flat front pants are straight through the hips and thigh for a more traditional fit.  Though they are far from as bold as most of our Summer ‘go to hell’ pants, these chinos are definitely going to help fill that void over the next few months.
