Just down the road from us, in Washington, DC, there’s been quite the fashion movement over the past few years.  There are a handful of great young brands down that way who are starting to make some noise on a national level, and one of our favorites is Hugh & Crye.  Not only are their shirts great looking, their unique fit system has left us with shirts that fit just as well as custom, without the hassle.  A couple of weeks back Hugh & Crye sent us a new addition to their collection to check out, they call it Dean.

A classic oxford will never be out of style, and Dean is no exception.  In fact, what we love most about it is that it’s just as timeless as the other oxfords in our lineup, but it’s a color that we’ve never had in the collection, grey.  Made from a medium weight Egyptian cotton, this shirt is easily dressed up or down, but our preference for it probably leans towards the casual side.  With a a pair of go to hell pants and a needlepoint belt, you really can’t go wrong. Now, about that fit system we mentioned.  If you’ve never ordered a Hugh & Crye shirt, you’re in for a treat.  All you need to do is enter in your height, and choose the picture that looks the most like you (be honest), and you’ll be all set.  We were skeptical at first, but from the moment we put on our first Hugh & Crye shirt, we knew they were on to something.  Now we wish everyone else would follow suit!
