Amen Corner has been known to make or break a man over the years at Augusta.  Though the holes are tough, Amen Corner is also one of the most picturesque places on the grounds.  The thirteenth hole, Azalea, is one of our favorites, and also the inspiration for this week’s Bowtie Friday pick, the Fuchsia Railroad Stripe Bow from Bird Dog Bay.

Hand crafted from fine 100% silk, each Bird Dog Bay tie truly pops with color, and this one is no exception.  The deep fuchsia they chose to use for the base of this tie is about as close to the colors of the azaleas on thirteen that we’ve seen, and it’ll absolutely turn a few heads.  Paired with grass green railroad stripes, we couldn’t help but think of Augusta as soon as we laid eyes on it.  Whether you’re looking for a bow to wear to an upcoming steeplechase, or just to wear on a sunny Spring day, this one is a fantastic pick.
