Everyone knows the line between classic and retro is quite distinct.  While our taste leans towards classic just about every time, we’ve come across a few things lately with a bit of a retro vibe that we really like.  One of those comes from our friends at Southern Tide.  Their recently released Collection Polo with a tipped collar is absolutely going to be in our Spring rotation.

When it comes to classic pique polos, Southern Tide’s is one of our favorites.  Their recently released Collection Polo features the same cut as the classic pique, but this one is made from a super soft mercerized cotton for a completely different look and feel.  Though tipped collar polos have been around long enough to be considered classics in their own right, we still consider them more of a retro look, and one that we are really liking right now.  Available in Leaf Green, Marina, or Nautical Orange, each of these Southern Tide polos features blue and white piping on the collar and sleeve bands, and a tonal Skipjack logo on the left chest to finish things off.  With Spring just around the corner, we’ll be getting our order in ASAP.
