The chaos of the holiday season is finally starting to catch up with us, and we’re doing our best to take a couple of days to unwind this weekend.  Of course, that means comfort is key, and our trusty Patagonia Synchilla Snap-T will be making an appearance or two.  It’s been a favorite for years, and we don’t see it leaving the collection any time soon.  The feature below originally ran on January 28, 2012.

After another ridiculous week in the office, we are truly looking forward to knocking out a few errands, seeing a few friends, and generally keeping a pretty low profile for the next couple of days.  That said, there is a good chance that we don’t get much more dressed up than a comfortable pair of jeans and a pullover.  Whenever a weekend this low key comes about, you really can’t go wrong with the Synchilla Snap-T Pullover by Patagonia, in fact, you’ll probably catch us in one for a good part of the next 48 hours.

A staple of the Patagonia line, the Snap T is a midweight pullover that is perfect for layering, or just taking a bit of the chill off on a mild winter day.  Currently available in six colors directly from Patagonia, and a few more from various retailers, this 10oz. fleece features a nylon placket and cover over the left chest pocket.  Though the Snap T’s with matching nylon are great looking in their own right, we prefer those with contrasting nylon for a bit of pop.  No matter which color you choose, you really can’t go wrong with any of the Snap T options currently on the market.
