We’re big fans of pop-up shops. Not only do they allow us to get hands on with the wares of some of our favorite online retailers, we’ve also found the experience is typically far better than a traditional retail store. Earlier this week, our friends at Huckberry unveiled their own version of a pop-up. Dubbed the Huckberry Holiday Home, this place is taking the world of pop-ups to the next level.
Instead of going with a more traditional retail model to showcase their collection of well curated merchandise, Huckberry decided to take over a 3100 square foot loft in the Mission in San Francisco. Then, they decked it out to the nines with a little bit of help from their friends at Room & Board and Mixed Nuts. Basically, visitors will find themselves walking through what amounts to a dream home for many of us. Literally everything inside is for sale. Whether you’re interested in an American Giant hoody that’s hanging on a coat rack, a Sydney Hale candle burning on a nightstand, or the absolutely gorgeous 1965 Porsche above, it can all be yours. Opening to the public on Monday, December 9th, this one week pop-up is one we’re pretty bummed about missing. If you’re planning on being anywhere near San Francisco next week, make sure to drop in and say hello.
